Meet Laura!
With a deep passion for helping others reclaim their lives from the grips of chronic pain, Laura Davidson is a certified Chronic Pain and Wellness Coach through the Centre for Applied Neuroscience in Toronto, ON. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve sustainable health and well-being through compassionate, evidence-based guidance tailored to each client’s unique journey.
Having personally navigated the challenges of chronic pain, Laura understands the profound physical, emotional, and psychological toll it can take. This lived experience inspired her patient-centered protocol, Reframe the Pain & Reclaim Your Wellness, which guides clients through three transformative steps:
1) Solving the Pain Puzzle – Reframing how we think about pain, not how pain feels.
2) Embracing Your Mindset Refresh – Guiding thoughts, feelings, and beliefs to help reduce symptoms.
3) Your Power, Your Plan – Developing a personalized care plan to reclaim your wellness.
Laura holds an Honours BA from the University of Waterloo and a Therapy and Counselling certification from Mohawk College. Her expertise is enhanced by bio-psycho-social courses, chronic pain management workshops, and mindfulness modalities. She uses proven techniques like mindfulness, positive psychology, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to help clients build resilience, establish self-care routines, and regain their ability to thrive.
When not coaching, Laura shares her insights through workshops, book clubs, speaking engagements, and online resources. She believes chronic pain does not define you—with the right tools and support, healing and wellness are within reach.
